Ann-Marie
Wareham
Ann-Marie Wareham has a degree in English
from the University
of Manchester.
She has edited numerous papers and
monographs in the fields of literary studies, linguistics, law, international
relations, education, management and social policy. She has also edited
documents for libraries in the U.K.,
companies in Denmark and Germany,
and for the Helsinki Commission.
Ann-Marie has worked with post-graduates
from Austria, Brazil, Canada,
Germany, Greece, Italy,
Jordan, and Sierra Leone.
She has particular expertise in the language needs of students from Asia,
especially Thailand, Malaysia and Japan.

Martin
Paterson
Martin Paterson has a master's degree from
the University of East Anglia and a doctorate from the University of York. He has over 15 years
experience in language and communications training, and has worked for
governmental and international organisations, and
commercial companies. He helped to establish the English for Academic
Purposes programme at the University of Cyprus,
from its foundation in 1992, to 1996.
Since returning to England, Martin has taught study skills to
overseas students at Lancaster
University. He has also
created courses in communications skills for international diplomats,
security organisations and senior officers with
SFOR in Bosnia.
Martin now works as subject manager of Film Studies at Ashby School.
